Triseam Double Lock Standing Seam Roofing/Façade System was developed from Europe Standing Seam techniques which had been widely implemented from mid-19 century. Standard panel seam height 25mm, panel connects panel by the rib seam zipped by special machine. This seam zipping technique fulfills various architecture shapes.

Water-proof & Ventilated Layer:  Suggest to apply waterproof breathable membrane to prevent the vapor inside the building penetrates into the roofing system. The membrane need to be laid to the side of higher temperature. Be careful for the punching area handling to enable airtightness.

Sound Proof Layer:  Our roofing system meets acoustic design requirements, to enable better sound insulation, we apply rigid mineral insulation board to increase sound insulation density. The application of perforated inner panel and insulation board in the roofing system helps reducing the echo and reverberation inside the building.

Thermal Insulation Layer:  Our insulation layer meets the project and L2 level requirements, the new standard of BRE requires enhancing the thermal insulation for all architectures by applying the minimum U value. Under the coordination of the business partners and our experts, we build the feasible model for our roofing system and the surrounding details. Often laying the mineral insulation cotton between the metal inner board and roof panel to form a sandwiching layer which prevents the heat transmission during metal materials, the insulation materials affects the whole system U value.

Welding:  Special on site welding technique can ensure a better water proof effect, no adhesive or sealant needed.
